The Senior Interior Designer assists in interpreting, organizing, and executing the conceptual design of a project. They utilize creativity, foresight, and judgment to meet project requirements and objectives through project completion.

Interior Design
Minimum Requirements - Experience
•Ten to fifteen years or more of Interior Design experience
•Ten or more years experience in corporate or commercial interiors projects required
Minimum Requirements - Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
•Possess creative talent in conceptual design and rendering skills of either hand or computer sketching
•Strong space planning or environment skills and an interest in programming
•Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer supplier
appropriateness
•Knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color, and
materials to carry out design intent
•Thorough knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED (R) guidelines
•Proven ability to prioritize oneself in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality services to clients
•Proficiency in the basic technical skills of interior design including the following computer skills:
o AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop
o Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software
o Knowledge of 3D Modeling software
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
•Ability to work in a team environment
Minimum Requirements - Certificates and Licenses Preferred Requirements
•Professional Interior Designer and an NCIDQ Certificate holder, or in process
•Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
•LEED AP or in process
•Knowledge of Revit
