Allermuir is currently seeking a talented Internal sales/management professional, to lead a small but growing, very active, busy and vibrant Customer Service Team. The candidate would be someone who seeks personal and career growth in a fast moving business that is and will see large growth over the coming years. A high profile position, responsible for internal sales management, customer service and warranty services based within our Maumee, Ohio facility. Qualified candidates must have exceptional phone skills, possess strong customer handling skills, detailed-oriented, hands-on problem solving mind set, must be able to work under pressure. An excellent communication with all levels of the organization both written and verbal, across departments and external.

Responsibilities of the Sale Support Manager include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Internal Sales Support team
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services
• Responsible for overseeing warranty services claims and implementing policy for appropriate resolution for customers
• Assist and/or lead in documenting work instructions, applicable training materials and new policies/procedures for current or new processes established for the Sales Support team.

• Create cutting edge commercial, healthcare, educational and government office interiors for a premier Herman Miller Dealer in MIchigan! Facility Matrix Group.
• Able to visualize creative interior environments and know how to implement them to realization.
• Coordinate details with architects, end users, manufacturers and account executives.
• Communicate and provide outstanding design presentations.
 
 Requirements
• Knowledge of Systems Furniture, preferably Herman Miller
• Accredited university interior design or interior architecture degree
• AutoCAD, Photoshop CS24, MIcrosoft Office, 20/20 CAP
• Knowledge of commercial systems furniture
• Ability to create schematic drawings, construction documents and provide project management
• Knowledge or affiliation with the following a plus: Sketch-up, Artlanis, 3DS Mas, Revit, LEED, PMP, PEAK

Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge of key design concepts such as resolution, color, and typography
• Experience with Macintosh computers and experience with design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD.
• Strong judgment, decision-making and organizational skills and ability to deal with changing priorities a must
• Coming up with a design plan, using design software and/or CAD, and a budget estimate
