adopt a highway

The IIDA Michigan Chapter has committed to keeping Michigan clean and has Adopted a section of highway in Brighton. Several times per year we organize a team of at least (4) people to meet at the site and help us to bag the trash that has collected along our stretch of highway. The next clean-up is scheduled for this Saturday, September 24th. We need your help to make this a successful event! If you are able to participate we are meeting at 10am at the Target in Brighton (see flyer below) and will work for approximately 2 hours, then will gather for lunch around noon.

Are you passionate about this event, but can't attend on Saturday? We could reschedule the date - do week nights work better for everyone? We could meet at 4:00pm on a week night instead. If an alternate date works best please send a suggestion for another date between now and October 2nd to me, Karen Stauffer
and to Bill Bock

Thank you! We greatly appreciate your consideration in helping us to keep Michigan clean! Let us know if you can attend.

We would like to thank Larry Bennett from Mannington Carpet for his help in keeping IIDA's section of 96 clean!

Join us on September 24th!
